Lac Attack Death Day Party

Today, I have  Death Day Party from Lac Attack's Magical Musings collection to show you guys. Death Day Party is a smokey purple flake glitter in a pale smokey purple/grey jelly base. Free warning, this polish is another total mind freak. It looks completely different in the bottle. So, I will be showing you a close up in the bottle as well as on the nail so you can see how different they look.

Close up of the polish in the bottle....mind blown...looks purple in the bottle but shows grey on the nail. O.o

Stalk there Facebook here and order a bottle here

All pictures are with two coats of Death Day Party, over two coats of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls (MBSW) as underwear, and finished with a layer of top coat. This polish is inspired by the magic and wizardry from the world of Harry Potter. And it shows because this polish has a certain magic of it's own. I just love this polish. That said, this polish was a real pain to photograph because try as I might (After 300+ photos, across 2 days) I couldn't get a good picture of the golden/purple shimmer that runs lengthwise down the nail as it's turned from side to side. So you are just going to have to trust me that it has a really pretty shimmer to it. Some of the pictures hint at it...but none of them captured it completely. Sorry about that. But the polish is amazing however bashful the shimmer is in front of a camera. Death Day Party dries quickly and applies easily...a note though...you should probably pick different underwear because MBSW was a real pain in the butt to apply and it was as streaky as could be. But that has nothing to do with Death Day Party. Death Day Party is awesome. Also, how much does it tweak your brain that this polish looks purple in the bottle and grey on the nail....Anastasia (the creator) may be a witch (and I mean that in a good way) because she makes the best polishes, they are gorgeous, surprising, and mind blowing...she must have special nail polish powers to create such pretty polishes. She's the Professor McGongall of nail polish (see what I did there). I can't wait to see what she comes up with next. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy this polish as much as I do. Until next time stay classy and stay polished.
XOXO
