China Glaze Make A Spectacle Swatch and Review

     I have another swatch from China Glaze's Wicked Collection for you today. I have Make A Spectacle (MAS) which is a large hexagonal iridescent glitter polish. This polish is amazing I can't wait to show it to you guys. You are going to love it. Free warning: one you need to wear it over another color and two this post can be considered nail porn.

     I used two coats of MAS over two coats of OPI Mourning Glory along with a top coat. To be honest I didn't think I was going to like this polish as much as I ended up liking it. This polish is so much more complex on the nail than it appears in the bottle. It has medium hexagonal glitter and tiny flakie glitter (which I originally thought was just micro glitter but it's not). When used over black it shows green, orange and gold depending on the light it's exposed to. I can't tell you enough times that you should buy this polish. It's amazing. And like sometimes happens this polish reminds me of a song. Try by P!nk. Because you should try this polish it's freaking awesome.

Amazon Nail Polish Haul

    I got some really great prices on nail polish on Amazon.com last week sand after a week of waiting they arrived (well most of them). I got 5 polishes and a top coat. By great prices I mean the most I paid for any polish was $5. Plus I got to knock a few lemmings off my wishlist which are two really awesome things rolled into one. Would you like to see what I got? I thought you might. Here's a picture.

I also picked up a Seche Vite top coat ($5) as well but it hasn't arrived yet (and its after the delivery date). But luckily if you have seen one Seche Vite bottle you've seen them all so just imagine a bottle of Seche Vite here. 

   So yeah, I spent a bit of money on these polishes but since Marshmallow is usually $8-$10 (depending on where you buy it), all four China Glaze are regular price $7 and Atlantis it self is HTF (Hard To Find) and Seche Vite is anywhere between $7 and $10. I saved quite a bit by waiting to get them online and when all the prices I stated above included shipping. And that's why I have a wishlist on Amazon. It's an easy way to track prices so you know when to buy your lemmings or your necessities (like Seche Vite). I saved $10 on China Glaze, $4 on Essie and $2 on Seche Vite. That's a total of $16 in savings. And I'm pretty proud of that. Nothing better than getting pretties for less than sticker price. Am I right? Yay, saving money and yay, pretty polish. OPI Mourning Glory Swatch and Review

     Today I have another swatch from the So-So Skullicious mini set. Today I have Mourning Glory (MG) for you guys. MG is black creme that actually reminds me off China Glaze Liquid Leather (see my swatch over here). And again I find myself wanting a larger bottle. But OPI decided to torture us and only give us the mini's.

     I used two coats of MG and a top coat. It dies quickly and to a patent leather finish. Over all I like this color but if you have China Glaze Liquid Leather you probably won't miss this polish very much. I mean lets be honest one black nail polish is just like any other black nail polish after all. So the only thing that separates them is brush and formula. Sadly this isn't even my second black nail polish it's closer to my fifth black polish and probably my second favorite one at that. But since it's in the set and if you want it for some of the other polishes then it's just an added bonus. Any way that's all I have for you today. So until next time, stay classy and stay polished.
