September Stash Additions

Today, I have the traditional end of the month stash additions to show you guys. But before I start I want to say that I am kind bummed that I got sick this week. I have been sick with a cold since last Wednesday and I wanted to do a fun Once Upon a Time manicure...but since my head is stuffed with cold related fluffies, I just don't feel up to nail art. Hopefully, it will pass soon. So, if I'm kinda MIA for a bit it's because I am recovering from the crud that is currently clogging up my sinuses. Anyway, here are my stash additions for September 2013.

Amazon:

China Glaze - Howl You Doin'

Sally Beauty Supply:

So, there you have it my new stash additions...as you can see I was kind of naughty this month. Did you guys get any new polish or nail related paraphernalia? If so what did you get? Anyway that's all I have for you today. Until next time (and hopefully with less fluffies in my head), stay classy, and stay polished.

Fall Water Marble

Today, I have a fall water marble to show you guys. Now I know everyone is posting Halloween manicures already...and as much as I love Halloween (And that's a lot) I refuse to do Halloween manicures until October 1st. I won't do it. I'm tired of this rush into and out of holidays. I won't do Thanksgiving mani's till November, and I won't do Christmas ones until December. If that makes me old fashioned then so be it, it's the only way I'm old fashioned. I just refuse to give into the man that says Halloween starts in September, Christmas starts in November and Valentines Day starts in January. I officially thumb my nose at the man and say "No! I will celebrate them during the month of and no sooner." Okay, sorry about the rant but seriously it kinda makes me crazy. Without further ado here's my fall water marble:

What I Used:

China Glaze - Cross Iron 360
China Glaze - Goin My Way?
China Glaze - Riveting
OPI - Oy-Another Polish Joke!

So I used a basic leaf like water marble over a base coat of Oy-Another Polish Joke and I'm pretty happy with how this marble turned out. It's very Autumn and harvesty (I'm making that a word). Anyway that's all I have for you today. Until next time, stay classy, and stay polished.

Finger Paints Hue Brighten My Day

Today, I have a Finger Paints Hue Brighten My Day swatch to show you guys. Hue Brighten My Day is a dark hunter green polish with gold, silver, and holographic glitter in a variety of hexagons and square shapes. Free warning this polish may trigger a full of Valkyrie trance.

I used 3 coats of Hue Brighten My Day and a layer of top coat. The polish is sheer but it dries quickly and applies easily. Over all, I really like this polish. It's dark and sparkly, and I love it with all my dark, sparkly, Valkyrie heart. Definitely a must have fall glitter, for anyone who likes dark polish, sparkly polish, or fall color nail polish. So what do you guys think? Are you loving Hue Brighten My Day as much as I am? Well, that's all I have for you guys today. Until next time, stay classy and stay polished.
